ONE of the longest PBA streaks for consecutive games played came to an end on Friday night.

RJ Jazul finally missed a game for the first time in 10 years after he was placed under the league’s health and safety protocols prior to Phoenix’s PBA Commissioner’s Cup quarterfinals game against Magnolia at Philsports Arena.

The Fuel Masters lost, 102-95, ending their conference.

Until skipping the playoffs, Jazul played for 392 straight games dating back in 2012, including 141 while donning the Phoenix jersey, according to PBA chief statistician Fidel Mangonon III.

The guard out of Letran felt bad about missing the game especially since he’s running a strong third in the list of players with the longest consecutive games played in league history.
