AT long last, Bobby Ray Parks has made it official.

The 25-year-old guard ended the suspense on Thursday by submitting his application for the 2018 PBA Rookie Draft at the league office.

"At the PBA Office making it official," he said in his Twitter account in a post after he was joined by his agent Charlie Dy in completing the procedure.

Parks is hands-down in the Top Three of this draft class, together with Lyceum's CJ Perez and San Beda's Robert Bolick come the December 16 proceedings.

The son of seven-time PBA Best Import Bobby Parks is a two-time UAAP MVP with National University, adjudged as the 2015 PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup Conference MVP with Hapee Fresh Fighters, and a two-time ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) Local MVP with San Miguel Alab Pilipinas.

Parks is also a three-time SEA Games gold medalist, the MVP of the 2015 SEABA Championship in Singapore, and also suited up for Gilas Pilipinas during the 2016 Fiba Olympic Qualifying Tournament in the Philippines.

He also suited up for Mandaluyong El Tigre in the 2018 Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Anta Datu Cup.

However, the team which picks Parks is expected to wait a little bit longer as he is seen to finish out Alab Pilipinas' campaign in the ongoing 2019 ABL season, where the team is gunning for back-to-back titles.

The setup is reminiscent to that of last year's top selection Christian Standhardinger, who fulfilled his obligations with Hong Kong Eastern first before joining San Miguel in March.
