POY Erram will not play on Wednesday in TNT’s first game in the 2022-23 PBA Commissioner’s Cup to serve a one-game suspension.
The league confirmed that Erram has been suspended for one game due to the incident in Game Seven of the PBA Philippine Cup finals where he was ejected from the contest.

Erram was thrown out after a hard foul on Mo Tautuaa where he attempted to block his shot, but in the process, hit the San Miguel big man with an elbow to the head.
Tautuaa fell down on the floor in pain, and was eventually sent to the locker room to close an open wound that required six stitches.

The TNT big man was assessed with a flagrant foul penalty two for the incident, with the league deciding that a suspension was warranted for his action.
With the suspension, Erram will miss the Tropang Giga’s Commissioner’s Cup opener against Magnolia Chicken Timplados.
