ROGER Pogoy suffered no serious injury other than a hyperextended right knee in TNT’s thrilling 110-107 comeback win over Converge in Tuesday night’s main game of the PBA Governors’ Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

The veteran guard went straight to the Cardinal Santos hospital to have an MRI test shortly after the game that saw the reigning, defending champion battle its way back from as many as an early 17-point deficit.

Other than that, Pogoy said everything is Ok with him.

“Na-hyperextend lang (yung tuhod). Pero lahat ng tests maayos naman. Negative sa lahat,” said the proud product of Far Eastern University.

Pogoy left the game at the 3:09 mark of the third period when he hurt his knee off a transition play while going on-on-one against MJ Garcia.

He never returned to the game and finished with five points on 2-of-10 shooting along with three rebounds.
