MICK Pennisi has never won Player of the Week honors in his career, and once became a victim of an April Fool's prank by Barako Bull teammate Danny Seigle over the award.
So you can understand why it's not easy for the veteran big man - one of the funniest guys in the league and owner of the most hilarious flop in PBA history - to believe that he had really won the citation.
Here, Spin.ph tried to interview Pennisi after the 38-year-old's game-winning heroics in the 105-100 win over San Mig Coffee on Sunday and ended up trying to convince him that he has indeed been cited with the honor.
