PLDT has announced that it will start refunding on Wednesday tickets for the two cancelled tune-up games between Gilas Pilipinas and a selection of NBA players.
In a statement released to media offices, organizers of the 'Last Home Stand' event which copped flak after NBA players were barred from playing against the Philippine national team announced the process of refunding pricey tickets that were sold for as much as P23,300.
According to organizers, tickets holders who bought tickets from Ticketnet outlets can claim their cash refund at the Ticketnet box office at the Smart Araneta Coliseum yellow gate beginning on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
All they need to to is present their tickets and provide their names to receive a full cash refund.
On the other hand, fans who bought tickets through Ticketnet Online (www.ticketnet.com.ph) will simplu have their payment reversed in their credit card bill.
