It will be the first time that the PBA will play at Rizal Memorial, having last played there sometime in the 1980s.
Although the PBA had Araneta Coliseum as its home during the early 1980s, a clip on YouTube showed the PBA playing a game at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum between Toyota and Utex.

For this conference, the pro league will also be holding games at the nearby Ninoy Aquino Stadium, which has been installed with the flooring and goals used in last year's Fiba Basketball World Cup.
The PBA is the latest league to play at the 90-year old venue that has hosted several major events in the past including the Asian Games and the Southeast Asian Games.
It underwent a major facelift for the 2019 SEA Games including the installation of a new airconditioning system that has made the Philippine Sports Commission-controlled venue conducive to hosting top competitions.
