WITH all the teams now inside the bubble, players and coaches now wait for the results of their swab tests before being given the green light to conduct scrimmages in preparation for the resumption of the 2020 PBA season.

At the moment, players and coaches are quarantined at their respective rooms at the Quest Plus Conference Center after swab tests were conducted upon entry in their respective hotels.
“We are hoping that the results will be given out within 24 hours but maximum of 48 hours,” said Bases Conversion Development Authority president Vince Dizon.
All teams are all accounted for with Magnolia, TNT, Meralco, Terrafirma, and Phoenix being part of the first batch on Monday and San Miguel, Rain or Shine, NLEX, Blackwater, Alaska, NorthPort, and Barangay Ginebra in the second batch.

Even Phoenix star Calvin Abueva, still suspended for his clothesline hit on TNT import Terrence Jones, made it to the bubble on Tuesday night.
Despite being in their rooms, teams continued to work in preparation for the Philippine Cup nonetheless with Zoom workouts and meetings, putting the momentary break in good use.
Players also kept themselves busy during the lullby either playing video games, watching movies, or doing household chores.
Once teams tested negative for the virus, PBA commissioner Willie Marcial said the teams will be practicing at the Angeles University Foundation where two floors were allotted.

“Practices ay doon sa fourth floor. Meron din sa second floor. Magiistart sila ng 6 a.m. para dalawang oras sila magpa-practice tapos ‘yung second floor, for shooting lang, hindi for scrimmages. Tinitignan po din namin,” said Marcial.
