    PBA rookie draft to be broadcast live by TV5

    A TRIO of giants lead a bumper crop of talented rookies as 10 PBA teams try to beef up their respective lineups through the 2013 PBA Rookie Draft this Sunday.

    Ateneo Blue Eagles center Greg Slaughter, San Sebastian forward Ian Sangalang and Letran’s Raymond Almazan topbill this year's draft at Robinson's Place Manila which will be shown live beginning at 4 p.m. over TV5.

    Other top amateur stars in the record 85-man pool are FEU guards Terence Romeo and RR Garcia, Jeric Teng and Jeric Fortuna of UST, Anjo Caram of San Beda, Ateneo's Nico Salva, and James Forrester of Arellano.

    Opening on November 17, the PBA’s new season promises to be big spectacle with three games to be played in Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
