TORRENTIAL rains on Tuesday night brought flooding outside the Ninoy Aquino Stadium where a PBA 50th Season Governors’ Cup double-header was being played.

Floods reached shin deep at M. Adriatico Street and some parts of the Ninoy Aquino Stadium parking area at the height of the heavy rains that hit during the second half of the game between Phoenix Super LPG and Blackwater.

The flood prevented fans from entering and exiting the venue.

Players and coaches from both teams also had to wait for the flood waters at M. Adriatico St to subside before getting into their respective vehicles.
