PBA legends have teamed up for a noble endeavor to help former pro cagers who have been struck with illness.
Pido Jarencio bared they have put up a foundation that will raise funds for former PBA players.
Allan Caidic posted a picture on his social media account with fellow icons Mon Fernandez, Alvin Patrimonio, Atoy Co, Philip Cezar, Kenneth Duremdes, Jojo Lastimosa, Art dela Cruz, Ed Cordero, and Jarencio who are all partners in the worthy cause.
“Tulungan natin yung mga dating players na nagkasakit,” Jarencio said on Friday. “Basta mga ex-PBA players. Magkakaroon ng fundraising para makatulong sa kanila.”
“Isa kami sa incorporator,” the GlobalPort coach added. “We have a set of officers. At the same time, kami board members. Isa ako sa signatories.”
The endeavor came in the wake of former pro players getting hit with ailments, including Joey Mente and Boybits Victoria.
