ALLYN Bulanadi agreed to a one-year deal with Northport for the entire PBA Season 49.
Coach Bonnie Tan disclosed the contract extension signed by the former Gilas Pilipinas draftee.
In his first full conference with the Batang Pier, Bulanadi averaged 9.4 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists.
Unfortunately, the team failed to advance in the Philippine Cup, losing to Terrafirma in a playoff for the last quarterfinals berth.
The 27-year-old Bulanadi was acquired by the Batang Pier from San Miguel along with Jeepy Faundo, and a second round pick in Season 51 for guard Don Trollano.
He is the latest core of Northport to be given a contract extension after big man JM Calma, John Amores, Paul Zamar, Kris Rosales, and Ben Adamos, who has since been traded to Barangay Ginebra for Sidney Onwubere.
