NORTHPORT team governor Erick Arejola revealed that Dave Ildefonso has finally reached out to the team, just a few days before the start of the PBA 49th Season.
The Batang Pier have not listed Ildefonso in their opening day roster with the No. 5 pick still unsigned.
It appears though that there is now movement in the talks with Arejola saying that Ildefonso has already contacted the team on Wednesday.

“We offered a max contract. Until now, he hasn’t signed. But he reached out a few hours ago,” said Arejola during Wednesday’s PBA Season 49 preseason press conference at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel in Mandaluyong City.
