NO trades will be welcomed during the 2018 PBA Rookie Draft on Sunday as the Office of the Commissioner is holding out with the deals before the selection process is over.
PBA commissioner Willie Marcial, on his first draft at the helm, told the teams to shy away from sending trade papers to give his five-man trade committee ample time to discuss the transactions.
Terrence Romeo is reportedly on his way out of TNT, with San Miguel seen as his next destination.
