THE Ynares Center-Antipolo will play host to Tuesday’s PBA 50th Season Governors’ Cup game following roof leaks over the past two playdates due to the habagat.

The league on Sunday said it transferred its games on Tuesday - the clash between Converge and Terrafirma, and NLEX against TNT - to Antipolo from the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Needless to say, the PBA hopes that there will not be any more delays in the games after the heavy rains over the last few days led to water leaks at the venue.

Last Friday, the second game between Magnolia and Meralco at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium was delayed for nearly an hour due to a leak, as the league waited for the rains to subside to resume the game.

The duel between San Miguel and Macau last Saturday at the Ynares Center-Montalban started late also due to leaks that also occurred midway in the match-up.

PBA games were supposed to return to the Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Sunday involving Rain or Shine and Phoenix Super LPG, and Barangay Ginebra against Blackwater but the league decided to postpone the matches at a later date.

NLEX is out to bounce back from its first loss of the conference against Terrafirma, 114-109, last Friday against TNT. The Road Warriors won over the Tropang 5G, 88-83, last Tuesday.
