AIR21 Express big man Noy Baclao holds no ill feelings despite reports that Talk 'N Text favored former college teammate Rabeh Al-Hussaini than him in a possible trade for Japeth Aguilar.
Reacting to a Spin.ph report, Baclao said he will be very happy to see his “big bro” Al-Hussaini reunite with their former coach at Ateneo, Norman Black, should a move to Talk 'N Text push through.
According to sources from the two teams, Baclao was dangled to Talk n’ Text alongside Air21 teammate Ogie Menor for Aguilar, who has demanded a trade from the PLDT franchise.
However, sources said the Tropang Texters are more keen on getting Al-Hussaini in exchange for Aguilar.
“I’m sure gusto ni Rabeh 'yun, and baka si coach Norman din," said Baclao.
As for him, Baclao bared that he is enjoying his expanded playing minutes at Air 21 under coach Franz Pumaren.
Coach Franz has been giving me confidence. Iba ang binibigay niyang kumpiyansa,” said the former UAAP Finals MVP.
