NLEX and Blackwater collide on Wednesday to kick off the PBA on Tour exhibition games at the San Jose Del Monte Sports Complex in Bulacan.
The Road Warriors and the Bossing clash at 4 p.m. in the first of five tune-up games around Luzon being staged while the PBA 50th Season Governors’ Cup is on a break for Gilas Pilipinas’ participation in the 20th Asian Games.

San Miguel and Phoenix Super LPG also meet on Saturday in Ilagan, Isabela, while Meralco and Converge battle the following day in Santiago City, Isabela.
The PBA on Tour series resumes on September 19 with a clash between Magnolia and NLEX in Batangas City before it closes with the match-up between TNT and Rain or Shine on September 26 in Candon City, Ilocos Sur.
Being exhibition games, the PBA on Tour will not name a champion but the tune-up games are aimed at promoting the teams while the league is on a break while giving them the chance to gear up for the resumption of the conference.
The Road Warriors start the ‘On Tour’ with the goal of staying sharp once the Governors’ Cup resumes. NLEX holds a 7-2 win-loss record in Group A, sharing first place with San Miguel in the team standings.
NLEX is expected to break in its import Deonte Burton after he replaced DeQuan Jones, who suffered a severe injury in his right knee and ankle that ruled him out of the entire season.
