RAIN or Shine paid the ultimate tribute to outgoing big man Nick Demusis.
As the 6-foot-4 forward attended his final practice with the team, several of his teammates wore Demusis' no. 31 jersey as a fitting sendoff to him.
Demusis' contract with the Elasto Painters expired on Saturday and wasn't renewed by management.

Nonetheless, the Fil-Am player felt grateful for being welcomed as part of the Rain or Shine family, which acquired his services in 2022 in a trade with Phoenix for Javee Mocon.
"We started as teammates then turned into brothers over time. And now, forever family," wrote Demusis on his social media account.
He accompanied the caption with a photo of his Rain or Shine jersey signed by the entire Elasto Painters team.
"Thank you coaches and management for the chance and trust you gave me. Grateful to the team's staff from our PTs and utility who took good care of me for years," added Demusis.
"I'll always keep the lessons and the memories in my heart."
Some of his teammates made Demusis' final day with Rain or Shine truly memorable by wearing his jersey during practice Saturday, among them include Gian Mamuyac and Shaun Ildefonso.

Some of his close friends at Rain or Shine like Ildefonso, Gabe Norwood, and Andrei Caracut also re-shared his Facebook post.
Curiously, the exit of Demusis came on the week he was reactivated by the Elasto Painters from the Unrestricted Free Agent list (with rights to salary) to replace the ailing Beau Belga.
Demusis was in Rain or Shine's bench during its 109-99 win over Phoenix last Wednesday in what proved to be his final game with the franchise.
