Talk of the 6-9, 330-lb. breaking his size-18 shoe which caused him to leave the game surfaced, but TNT assistant manager Magnum Membrere disproved the report and said that the import complained of pain on his right foot.

He also added that Smith left with the team doctor to have his foot checked.

Smith ended up playing just nine minutes and 28 seconds off the bench and finished with four points and seven rebounds.
