TERRENCE Romeo faces a tough cast of challengers led by James Yap and Gilas Pilipinas teammate Jeff Chan when he defends his title in the PBA three-point shootout.

The GlobalPort star, who beat Yap and JC Intal in the finals last year in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, will be gunning for a repeat when the All-Star weekend unfolds over three days at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Aside from Yap and Chan, challenging Romeo for the shooting title are Alex Cabagnot of San Miguel, RJ Jazul of Alaska, JJ Helterbrand of Ginebra, Almond Vosotros of Blackwater, KG Canaleta of Mahindra, Jared Dillinger of Meralco, Garvo Lanete of NLEX, Simon Enciso of Phoenix and Troy Rosario of TNT.

On the other hand, Rey Guevarra of Meralco will be gunning for a third slam dunk title against a field that includes James Forrester of NLEX, Mo Tautuaa of TNT, Franklin Bonifacio of Ginebra, Chris Newsome of Meralco and other bidders from the D-League that have yet to be named.

Competing in the Obstacle Challenge are Barangay Ginebra's Scottie Thompson, Chris Ross of SMB, Mark Barroca of Star, Maverick Ahanmisi of Rain or Shine, Chris Banchero of Alaska, LA Revilla of Mahindra, Jeric Fortuna of GlobalPort, Eman Monfort of NLEX, Mark Cruz of Phoenix, Jai Reyes of TNT, Newsome and Lastimosa.
