Initial scan on Stanley Pringle ankle reveals no tear or dislocation, but GlobalPort still seeking second opinion
Team officials can breathe easy as initial scans show no damage on Stanley Pringle's ankle. Jerome Ascano

STANLEY Pringle has been spared of a major injury as his X-Ray result on his right ankle came out negative.

GlobalPort team manager Bonnie Tan confirmed the development after accompanying the Batang Pier star to the hospital after he sprained his ankle early in the fourth quarter of the team’s 120-109 loss to San Miguel Beer on Friday.

“X-Ray result no fracture or dislocation,” Tan posted on his Twitter account on Saturday.

Tan, though, said they will still ask for a second opinion, leaving Pringle a game-time decision for  their game on Sunday against Meralco.
