WE'RE sure you remember Orlando Johnson, the flamboyant import who suited up for Barangay Ginebra in last season's PBA Governors Cup.

Well, the former Indiana Pacer has played well enough to win the hearts of Ginebra fans during his stint but failed to take the popular team deep in the playoffs, where they lost to Alaska at the quarterfinal stage.

Johnson has since returned to the US where, after a failed bid to return to the NBA, he has suited up for the Austin Spurs, San Antonio's affiliate in the NBA D-League.

On Thursday (Wednesday, Manila time), Johnson made sure he won't be forgotten by making the highlight play of the night with a mean dunk over David Stockton in the Texas Spurs' 114-106 win over the Reno Red Horns.

The dunk was so good it made the highlights of the NBA roundup programs, drawing oohs from no less than Detroit Pistons legend Isiah Thomas, as well as other major websites like Sports Illustrated.
