SIX games into the season-ending PBA Governors' Cup and Rain or Shine import Dior Lowhorn said he's still trying to figure out his role in the rugged team.

"I'm still figuring out my role on the team. I know I'm the inside presence but it's really tough to figure out my role honestly. I'm having a hard time doing it," said Lowhorn.

“I'm used to scoring inside. So when I'm not getting the ball inside, it's kinda tough."

Lowhorn bared this in the aftermath of Sunday's 101-87 loss to Ginebra, where the Rain or Shine import finished with a measly 10 points and eight rebounds.

The reson for his lowly output?

“It's tough when you're not getting too many attempts. Like I said my role here in the team feels a little bit different. We have a lot of good players on offense," he said.

"Its hard to get the ball in the post for some reason. I know my teammates want to get me the ball but you know maybe they're having a hard time giving me the ball."

He added, "The thing is, I'm not an import that's gonna go off the dribble. If I don't get the ball in the seal or pick-and-roll where I can score, I'm not gonna be an effective scorer."

But the former high-scoring import for Ginebra and GlobalPort remained optimistic he will gain steam and vowed to lead the team to the semifinals.

"I will figure it out. We might have to take the hard road," he said.

"Semis gotta be the goal. I'm not trying to be the import that didn't make the semis. But I think with our schedule we can still win 4 or 5 out of 5. I still believe in this team."
