ANTIPOLO – Mike Miranda was rushed to the hospital shortly after NLEX’s 121-112 win over NorthPort in the PBA Governors Cup after hurting his right foot in the third quarter Saturday night.

The veteran big man had to be carried by two NLEX utility on the way out of the Ynares Center as he can’t walk on his own due to a sprained ankle.
He was brought to the Delos Santos Hospital in E. Rodriguez for a checkup.
Miranda went down with the injury shortly after scoring his lone basket for the night at the 6:42 mark of the third quarter to give the Road Warriors a 78-77 lead.
He went on and finished the game on the bench and saw the team post its second straight win for a share of the early lead with idles Converge and TNT Tropang Giga.
