Fil-AM Mikey Williams will join the bumper crop of applicants for the 2021 PBA Rookie Draft.

The Fil-Am guard adds to the backcourt options, further giving depth to what is expected to be one of the most loaded batches the league has ever seen.

Williams, 29, was a key contributor for Mighty in its travails in both the 2019 Jones Cup and it's championship run in the 2020 Dubai International Basketball Tournament.

The 6-foot-2 product of Cal State Fullerton posted 17.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in his senior year for the Titans in the 2012-13 season.

He later suited up in the NBA G League, seeing action for Sioux Falls Skyforce and Canton Charge until 2018.

Williams also played for Saigon Heat in the Asean Basketball League (ABL), collecting 17.7 points, 5.5 assists, 4.9 boards, and 1.0 steals in the 2017-18 season as he helped the Vietnam-based squad finish at sixth place before being eliminated by San Miguel Alab Pilipinas in the quarterfinals.
