AN achilles problem has grounded Barangay Ginebra veteran Mark Caguiao in the PBA Philippine Cup.
No less than coach Tim Cone made the disclosure Saturday night after the former league MVP again sat out the Kings' 85-67 win over Blackwater Elite in Digos City, Davao del Sur.
"Mark has been bothered by an Achilles problem and has not been available to play," Cone announced in his tweeter account @manilacone.
"We're hoping he'll be ready after the break."
The PBA will take a two-week break to give way to Team Pilipinas' campaign in the final window of the FIBA World Cup qualifiers.
