IT appears Marc Pingris couldn’t ask for anything more after completing a rare Grand Slam and having a remarkable stint in the Fiba World Cup in Spain in the year about to end.
Still, there’s one more major thing left in the Purefoods forward’s bucket list.
Pingris is hoping to finally earn a college diploma soon after deciding to go back to school at the Philippine School of Business Administration in Quezon City a month ago.
The 11-year veteran pro is currently enrolled for 27 units taking up a course in management.
“Gusto ko sana makapagtapos ako sa pag-aaral,” he bared to Spin.ph.
A many-time member of the PBA All-Defensive team, Pingris stopped his studies when he began playing for the defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association (MBA) in 2001.

But while on a break both from playing and studying, the 33-year-old Pingris said he wants to give back to others the blessings he received from the Lord this 2014.
“Yung ‘wag ko makalimutan ‘yung mga binigay ni Lord sa akin na blessings (and) ibalik ko rin sa kanya ‘yun,” he said.
“’Yung makatulong din ako sa mga tao, ‘yung maging blessing ako sa iba,” he added.
At the same time Pingris is looking to spend more quality time with his family this holiday season.
“And then para sa akin magpapalakas pa ako and siguro more time sa family kasi minsan laging busy,” said the Gilas Pilipinas stalwart.
