CALASIAO, Pangasinan — Marc Pingris is doubtful for the North in Sunday’s PBA All-Star Game at the Calasiao Sports Complex.
The 37-year-old Pingris said he is determined to play for the North All-Stars even though he has yet to fully recover from an ACL injury he suffered last year, more so since he will be playing in front of his provincemates.
But the Pozorrubio, Pangasinan native, an All-Star reserve, said he will need a go signal from his doctor.
“Kung hindi man, mamimigay na lang ako ng sando,” said Pingris.
Pingris though said he will be participating in the All-Star festivities including the dance-off.
The Magnolia cager said he is happy to be part of the All-Star Game despite missing a year due to the injury.
