NOT so fast Kent Salado.
The Manila Stars Frontrow are considering taking legal action against the former Arellano star, who management alleged has not attended team functions, practices, and games despite having a live contract to play for the ballclub in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Lakan Cup.

The Metrostars organization wrote a letter to PBA commissioner Willie Marcial regarding the matter, especially upon learning that Salado applied for the coming Rookie Draft and attended the first of the two-day Draft Combine at the Hoops Center in Mandaluyong.
“The continuous blatant failure to comply on his (Salado) end of the contract will force us to take legal action,” part of the letter read which was signed by team owner Roman Ang.

Salado was signed by Manila Stars shortly after his stint with the Chiefs in the NCAA, with the contract running until the end of the season in March 2020.
