ROOSEVELT Adams and Sean Manganti banner the nine Fil-foreigners who have declared for the 2019 PBA Rookie Draft.
The 6-foot-5 Adams established himself as one of the top shooters in the amateur ranks after seeing action for Mighty Sports before taking his act to Go for Gold-CSB in the developmental ranks.
Manganti, meanwhile, is a versatile 6-foot-5 winger out of Adamson who has spent the past months with Bataan Risers in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).

The two are expected to be picked in the first round of the 2019 PBA Rookie Draft, slated on December 8.
But it's not just them, with other Fil-foreign standouts out to make their mark in the annual rookie selection.
Six-foot guard Franky Johnson is one of the most fearless slashers in the pool, as seen in his stints with Gamboa Coffee Mix, Marinerong Pilipino, and AMA Online Education.
Fil-Canadian Vince Tolentino, standing 6-foot-4, is one of the most hardworking forwards out there, as seen in his play for Ateneo.

Sniper Adrian Wong is also out to make a name in the pro ranks with the 6-foot-3 guard ready to take his three-and-D game from Ateneo to the PBA.
Also declaring is 6-foot-7 center Troy Rike, who has had a solid run for National University before taking his act to the 3x3 circuit.
Completing the list are Jason Riley, who suited up for AMA in the PBA D-League, Perpetual forward Daryl Singontiko, and 37-year-old banger Mark Taylor.
