A MAN that got caught in the middle of the commotion caused by a Spiderman streaker in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup Finals said complained to police that he was punched thrice in the head by 'men in red.'
Flenn John Lola was collared by Araneta Coliseum security men near the San Miguel dugout and dragged out of the court shortly after a streaker in a Spiderman suit, later identified as Paolo Felizarta, disrupted Game 5 between Magnolia and San Miguel.
Television replays showed Lola coming under attack from bystanders as he was led out of the Big Dome floor.
At Station 7 of the Quezon City Police District where he was brought, Lola insisted that he has nothing to do with Felizarta who he said only asked for his help to wear the Spiderman costume.

“Fourth quarter, three minutes yata, [nagsabi siya], ‘Favor naman, baka pwede mo namang paki-suot [itong mask]’ pati ‘yung zipper,” said the 31-year old Lola, who was also taken to the police station.
“Tapos nagulat ako bigla na siyang tumakbo papunta sa court,” he added. “Nagulat ako bigla na akong kinuha ng mga bouncer tapos kinaladkad ako, tapos meron na lang tatlong nakapula, sumusuntok sa akin.”
When asked if he’s mad at “Spiderman” for dragging him into this mess, Lola said that he’s angry at the people who punched him in the back of his head.
“Sabihin na nating may galit akong [nararamdaman], pero ang galit ko talaga is doon sa mga sumuntok sa akin, kasi bakit nila ako susuntukin out of nowhere,” he said.
Lola said all he ever wanted was to go home.
