MAGNOLIA kept its immaculate record in the PBA On Tour with a 103-88 rout of Rain or Shine at the Lamberto Macias Sports and Cultural Center in Dumaguete Saturday night.

Jio Jalalon stepped up in the absence of Paul Lee, topscoring for 24 points in leading the Hotshots to their ninth straight win.
Jalalon scored 10 points in the fourth period, when the Hotshots outscored the Elasto Painters, 27-16, to pull away from a game that was tight for three quarters.
Lee is currently in the US to attend the memorial service of his late grandfather.
Jerrick Ahanmisi was 4-of-5 from beyond the arc and finished with 18 points for the Hotshots, who are two wins away from completing a sweep of the preseason.
The Elasto Painters, who had a strong start, suffered their second loss in eight games.
Jhonard Clarito finished with 17 points, while Andrei Caracut added 13 for Rain or Shine.
