The veteran guard was favoring his left leg as he walked to the Magnolia bench in the final three seconds of the second period of Tuesday morning’s game (Manila time) at the Khalifa Sports City Stadium.
Lee had caught fire in the first half when he sustained the injury.
He already had eight points and two assists before hurting his hamstring as he took over the playmaking chores for the Hotshots after Lastimosa went down with a severe sprained ankle early in the first period.
Both Lee and Lastimosa never returned to the game.
