GIAN Mamuyac penned a heartfelt post on Instagram after his stay with Rain or Shine, which he described as a dream come true, came to an end on Tuesday.
Mamuyac said he was happy playing for the Rain or Shine family, with his relationship with them set to last a lifetime. He also thanked the fans for their unending support.
Mamuyac's stay with the Elasto Painters ended after being traded by the Elasto Painters along with a Season 53 second round draft pick to Phoenix Super LPG for a Season 53 first round draft pick.

“When I was a kid, I dreamt of playing for this franchise. They represented that underdog attitude wherein they will fight under any circumstances, with whoever is on their side. Luckily, I was able to live that dream,” wrote Mamuyac.

Mamuyac posted photos of his stay with Rain or Shine including the time he was drafted No. 5 overall in the 2022 draft, to his teammates including him with Beau Belga and Gabe Norwood.
“The basketball world is small and we will be seeing a lot more of each other, just in different uniforms, but I hope the relationships we have built will last a lifetime. I’m excited to see all of you shine through all the rain that will come your way (wag lang tuwing kalaban PHX). Love you, ROS family,” he added.
