KYLE Barone will play his final game for Columbian Dyip in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Saturday against NLEX.
The Dyip are set to fly in Lester Prosper as their reinforcement to salvage their campaign after falling 0-3 to start the second conference.
Governor Bobby Rosales confirmed of the move hours before the 4:30 p.m. tip-off between Columbian and NLEX at Mall of Asia Arena.
Prosper is set to arrive on Tuesday.
The Dominican Republic native, 30, is a 6-foot-10 slotman who spent four years in Old Westbury and has been a journeyman all over the world.
He has played in Slovakia, Sweden, Canada, Spain, Mexico, Venezuela, and the United Kingdom, with his last team being with the Worcester Wolves in the British Basketball League where he averaged 13.6 points and 9.3 rebounds.
Barone, meanwhile, has averaged 25.7 points on a 45-percent shooting from the field, on top of 17.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.0 block, but has failed to deliver a win through three games for the Dyip in this second conference.
