A FORMER goalkeeper and cousin of former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis will be the import of Northport in the PBA Commissioner's Cup.
Kavell Bigby-Williams has been tapped by the Batang Pier to reinforce their campaign in the mid-season tournament that features import without height restrictions.
The 29-year-old Briton is listed at 6-foot-11.

Williams however, has yet to arrive in the country as he's still playing in the Al Ahli Tripoli in the Libyan Basketball League.
"Signed but still not available," said a team insider to SPIN.ph.

Williams played football at a young age and was a 6-foot-6 goalkeeper in East London when he was 15 years old.
But upon recovering from a broken leg, he turned his focus to basketball, and in no time learned the fundamentals of the game.
Williams, who is also of Jamaica and Dominica descent, represented Great Britain as part of its under-20 and under-18 teams.
Later on, he played for the national men's team in the 2022 EuroBasket.
As a top ranked prospect out of Harris Academy Beckenham, Williams was signed by Oregon and helped the Ducks reached the NCAA Final Four in 2017.
After one year, he opted to transfer to Louisiana State University.
He was undrafted in the NBA in 2019, and instead spent time playing in the G. League with teams such as Erie BayHawks, Sioux Falls Skyforce, and Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
Williams later went overseas and played in Belgium, Poland, Dominican Republic, France, Venezuela, Taipei, Mexico, and Libya.
