LARRY Muyang returns to the PBA with Converge at the end of the Pampanga Giant Lanterns’ season in the MPBL.
Converge head coach and Pampanga vice governor Dennis Pineda confirmed that Muyang is now set to see action for the FiberXers following the Giant Lanterns’ exit in the quarterfinals of the MPBL season.

Muyang’s Converge debut could come as early as Wednesday when the FiberXers go up against Terrafirma at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Pampanga’s bid for a three-peat in the MPBL came to an end on Saturday after it was swept by Caloocan in the best-of-three quarterfinals with an 81-71 victory.
Muyang averaged 14.4 points and 10.8 rebounds in 27 games with the Giant Lanterns this season.
Muyang is already cleared to play in the PBA after he was initially banned indefinitely for breach of contract when he saw action for Pampanga while under contract to play for Phoenix last April.

The ban was lifted following an apology from Muyang, whose rights were traded from Phoenix to Converge as part of a deal that also saw Titan Ultra's Evan Nelle ending up with the Fuelmasters and Converge's Jeo Ambohot going to the Giant Risers.
Muyang bolsters the Converge frontcourt that already has Justin Arana and Justine Baltazar.
He won’t be coming in to the FiberXers unprepared as he was already joining the team’s practices during the offseason.
