IN what he referred to as blessings, one more came the way of Barangay Ginebra point guard LA Tenorio on Thursday when wife Chesca gave birth to another bouncy baby boy - the third straight for the wonderful couple.
Tenorio referred to his new born as 'our lucky charm and our Champion Baby' on his Instagram account @LA_Tenorio.
The birth of Baby LA came just a day after the 32-year-old Tenorio helped the Kings end an eight-year title drought by winning the PBA Governors Cup championship against the Meralco Bolts.
The veteran playmaker highlighted his Game Six heroics by coming through with 25 points in the 91-88 win. He was adjudged finals MVP by the PBA Press Corps.
He later admitted not having slept following the championship as his wife was due to give birth anytime.
"After 24 hours wala pang tulog kasi I need to go to the hospital because my wife gave birth naman," he said.
Make no mistake though, Tenorio is not complaining.
"Grabe lang talaga ang blessings na dumarating sa akin in less than 24 hours," he said. "I'm so thankful to the Lord talaga."
Still, he hopes the blessings will continue to pour in. And hopefully, it comes in the form of a baby girl next.
