GLENN Khobuntin is ready to face the consequences after fighting Rain or Shine import Jaylen Johnson in Friday's heated PBA 50th Season Commissioner's Cup encounter.
Khobuntin and Johnson were ejected in TNT's 112-109 loss to Rain or Shine when the two punched each other with 6:20 left in the ballgame.
Khobuntin appeared to have sneaked an uppercut on Johnson during a battle for positioning inside the paint. Johnson later threw haymakers of his own in retaliation to Khobuntin.

Fortunately, both players were immediately separated, preventing the incident from further escalating.
Khobuntin said the incident was in the heat of the moment as the game was a close one.
“Mataas masyado ang emotion eh. Dikit ‘yung game. Kagulo,” said Khobuntin, when reporters asked for his side of the incident.
“Nagka-pisikalan. Siyempre, nag-swing swing. Wala na akong nagawa. Medyo masama. Masamang bumawi,” said Khobuntin.
Instead of looking back at the incident, Khobuntin preferred to move on from the incident, and is prepared for the consequences of the fight.
“Hindi mo masabing regret. Nangyari na ang nangyari. Move on na lang. Kung ano mangyari, tanggapin na lang ang consequences. Move on lang."
