NOTHING can stop Jvee Casio from playing against Rain or Shine in their PBA Governors’ Cup do-or-die semifinal match on Saturday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
Not even an ankle injury which the Aces star point guard suffered after he slipped while going for a wide-open layup in the waning seconds of overtime of their nail-biting 121-123 loss in Game Four.
"I want to play and to help the team in any way I can," he said. "The focus is just to win Game Five."
Casio believes the slip was just an accident as he refused to dwell on it despite the Big Dome mop man getting caught in the controversy.
"It happens (accident) pero kailangan kalimutan and move forward sa next opportunity," the soft-spoken playmaker said.
