MACAU - San Miguel Beer star June Mar Fajardo is listed as 'day to day' for the team's East Asia League Terrific 12 campaign.
SMB team manager Gee Abanilla said team staff are closely monitoring the condition of the five-time PBA MVP ahead of the Beermen's opening game against Zhenzhen Aviators on Tuesday at the Tap Seac Multi-Sports Pavilion.
"Kasama siya pero day to day pa ang assessment sa kanya," said Abanilla.
The Beermen along with fellow PBA teams TnT Katropa and Blackwater arrived in this former Portuguese territory on the eve of the tournament's second straight edition that also features some of the best ballclubs from the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), Korean Basketball League (KBL), and the J League (Japan).

Fajardo sprained his ankle during Gilas Pilipinas' opening-day game against Italy during the FIBA World Cup. Despite the injury, the 6-foot-10 Cebuano opted to play in all remaining four games of the national team.
After Tuesday, San Miguel will have its next game on Thursday against defending champion Ryukyu Golden Kings at the end of the group stage.
The Beermen are reinforced by Dezmine Wells and Lester Prosper.
Blackwater opens hostilities on the first day of competition, meeting two-time KBL champion Seoul SK Knights at 3 p.m. The Elite are parading imports Marqus Blakely and Alex Stepheson.
TnT Katropa then battles title contender Liaoning Flying Leopards bannered by former NBA player Lance Stephenson and the Dallas Mavericks' Salah Mejri, who was part of the Tunisia team that beat Gilas Pilipinas in the World Cup.
The Katropa will be fielding former Houston Rocket KJ McDaniels and McKenzie Moore in the nightcap at 9 p.m.
The Zhejiang Guangsha Lions take on the KCC Egis at 5 p.m. before the 7 p.m. main game between the Beermen and Aviators.
Tournament format will have the 12 teams divided into four groups of three ballclubs each that will play a single-round robin elimination.
The top team in each group advances to the semis, from which the two winners will clash in the winner-take-all finals where a top prize of $150,000 will be at stake.
