Juami Tiongson and Roi Sumang have found stability in their new teams after earning two-year contract extensions.

JUAMI Tiongson and Roi Sumang are enjoying a new lease on life in their respective PBA careers that NLEX and Blackwater deemed it to re-sign the two guards to contract extensions.

Both Tiongson and Sumang were both given two-year deals by their respective ballclubs, although terms of the new pact were not made available.

"Ni-renew nila ako for two years. Just last August lang," Tiongson disclosed to SPIN.ph, while profoundly thanking NLEX management led by team official Ronald Dulatre and coach Yeng Guiao, who is also the team's basketball operations.

Incidentally, the 26-year-old Tiongson previously played for Blackwater in his first two seasons in the league. The Elite bought out the final year of his contract. He later played for one conference with AMA in the PBA D-League, before receiving a call up from NLEX.

Sumang had been playing well for Blackwater that team.owner Dioceldo Sy never hesitated to give him a new two-year deal.
