NLEX bigman JR Quinahan was left frustrated after he was sent to the showers for a disqualifying foul early in Game Six of the PBA Philippine Cup semifinal series against Magnolia on Tuesday night.

Quinahan caught a driving Jio Jalalon in the face with 7:27 left in the second quarter and the Road Warriors down 36-35, leaving the Magnolia guard with a bloodied mouth and a slightly swollen left eye.

Quinahan was quickly thrown out of the game and now faces an automatic fine and possible suspension, although he maintained that there was no intent to hurt Jalalon.
