ANTIPOLO – Joshua Munzon is being professional about all the trade talks involving him over the past few months.
Munzon and the rest of Titan Ultra went up on Wednesday night against TNT, a team that reports bared almost became the next destination of the No. 1 pick of the 2020 PBA draft in a trade for Rey Nambatac.

Munzon said the trade talks are the furthest from his mind.
“It’s just another basketball game,” Munzon said. “At the end of the day, I get paid to play basketball. That’s what I’m out there to do. Just another game, being professional, and just going out there and handle the business (on the court).”
“The business side is not my job, just the basketball side so I just got to take care of the basketball side,” Munzon said.
By focusing on the basketball side of things, Munzon helped his team to its maiden victory of the conference, with his 13-point outing among the key factors in Titan Ultra’s 103-87 win over TNT.
Titan Ultra also broke a 10-game losing skid stretching back to the Commissioner's Cup, and Munzon is relieved that the bad days are over.
“It feels good. We needed it,” Munzon said. “We needed it for the team’s morale and give everybody a boost this conference. It was a big win for us.”
Being a professional player, Munzon said he needs to block out the distractions that comes with losing consecutive games.
“Going into any game, you’ve got to be confident in yourself,” Munzon said. “At the same time, we just wanted to bounce back from our previous losses, and try to get a win. I think that was the most important, getting the win. That was what we are focused on.”
