JOSHUA Munzon had little to say about his blown lay-up in the final seconds of Titan Ultra's PBA Commissioner's Cup game against NLEX on Tuesday.
Munzon had a golden opportunity to steal the win from league-leading NLEX when he forced Ljay Gonzales to a turnover near midcourt, but the Titan veteran overshot a gimme layup that could've overturned a 107-106 NLEX lead.

The game later went into overtime where NLEX showed its depth to win, 123-112.
“I missed,” said Munzon in a brief interview after the game.
Munzon finished with 19 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and two steals in the loss, but the blown lay-up - plus another from the same point-blank range in an earlier play - would unfortunately be what fans will remember in that game.
“They did the same things in the game. We just didn't score,” said Munzon on what NLEX did in overtime to overcome Titan Ultra.
Munzon and the Giant Risers will look to finish the conference with a bang, but faces daunting odds when it goes up against Rain or Shine, a team that is still in search of win to assure itself of a twice-to-beat advantage.
But Munzon admitted the result of their game against NLEX practically summed up the whole conference for the 2-9 Titan Ultra.
“It's been the whole season. It's just how our season has went,” he added.
