JOEL Wright took over in the final stretch to send Rain or Shine to a 96-90 victory over Columbian on Sunday in the PBA Governors’ Cup at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
Wright scored seven of the Painters’ final nine points to overcome a slim 89-87 deficit. Wright scored a lay-up to tie the game before converting a transition basket to retake the lead, 91-89.
