JERRAMY King still won't be available for Columbian Dyip when it opens its campaign in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup on Sunday.

Although already healed from the partial tear/strain in his Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) that kept him out for almost the entire Philippine Cup, King has yet to be given clearance by doctors to play in the mid-season conference.

As it is, the 28-year-old California native isn’t suiting up when the Dyip tangle with the Alaska Aces in the main game of the tournament opener at the Mall of Asia Arena.

King said he’s looking forward of getting cleared by Friday when the Dyip face the Meralco Bolts. But if not, he’ll most likely back in the active roster by June.

“So very soon I will play again,” said the Fil-Am guard.

King is already practicing with Columbian and will finally play his full practice with the team by Tuesday.

He went down with the injury during the team’s first game in the All-Filipino Cup, a 124-118 upset of defending champion San Miguel last January.

But the injury didn’t require King to go under the knife. Instead, the Columbian Dyip stalwart had just undergone therapy and rested the injured knee.
