JERICHO Cruz was tossed out of the PBA On Tour game between San Miguel and TNT after being caught hitting Paul Varilla with his knee in the third quarter.
The incident happened during a loose ball battle as Cruz and Varilla grappled for possession.

The situation got too physical that Cruz used his knee on Varilla while the TNT guard was slumped on floor of the Ynares Sports Arena.
He was later assessed a flagrant foul penalty 2 for an outright ejection.
San Miguel led 67-52 when Cruz was sent out, with the San Miguel Beer guard having scored 20 points already.
The Beermen eventually won the game, 111-74, to end a five-game slump
