JEREMIAH Gray went down with a serious knee injury in Barangay Ginebra's PBA On Tour game against NLEX on Sunday.
Gray twisted his knee as he tried to elude a trailing Tony Semerad while going for a basket on a fast break play.

The Fil-Am guard shouted in pain the moment he down at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
He was later taken out on a stretcher and brought to the nearby Medical City

The incident happened with 22 seconds left in the third period and the Kings trailing, 68-66.
Gray once suffered an ACL injury while playing for TNT in the PBA 3x3 tournament before entering the rookie draft.
Ginebra later won the game, 91-85, and dedicated the victory to the high-flying Fil-Am.
