HIGHLY-touted guard Jason Brickman is officially throwing his hat in the PBA Season 50 rookie draft pool.
The 33-year-old Brickman will be sending his draft application either Tuesday or Wednesday, according to his representative Marvin Espiritu of the Espiritu Manotoc Basketball Management.

The entry of Brickman gives the draft one marquee player as the Fil-Am guard once led the US NCAA in assists during his time with Long Island University.
Brickman has long been on the radar of PBA teams since he first suited up for Alab Pilipinas in the 2019 ASEAN Basketball League.
But with the league still imposing strict measures on Fil-Am players back then, the San Antonio, Texas native kept on deferring his draft application.
Last year however, the PBA softened its stance on Fil-foreign draft prospects, who are now required to just present a Philippine passport for them to become eligible for selection.
In between, Brickman played for the Kaohsiung Aquas in the T1 League in Taiwan where he won a championship in 2022, then suited up with the Strong Group Athletics team that won back-to-back championships in the Jones Cup in 2024 and 25.
Prior to applying for the draft, he is playing for the Abra Weavers in the MPBL.
Aside from Brickman, other players from the EMBM stable who are applying for the draft are Gjerard Wilson of University of the East, Sean Quitevis of Ateneo, Christian Manaytay of University of Santo Tomas, and Chris Koon of Ateneo.
